I wanted to buy a new perfume for myself but didn't want another mass produced 'designer' product sold in China with little regard for animal welfare. So I found Abbey Perfumery online, and they sounded ideal - I was very impressed they are astute enough to offer these sample collections as it's hard to gauge which scents will suit your skin type and personality from online descriptions. So I've been trying one of these 12 scents out each day and making notes of my favourites (there's a few!), and have now ordered some larger bottles of my two favourites (Kir Cashmir and Kindled Rose, they're both gorgeous!). But there's lots of other scents I loved here too, and all are pretty different. If you're looking to find a special new perfume that is ethically made in England and is distinctive and long lasting, then there will be something in here you will love, and it's fun to have all the little sample bottles to try out and play with!
The Perfume Library is a joy to behold. The fragrances are beautifully displayed along with a booklet describing the notes and some blotters for trialling. My daughter and I really enjoyed our sniff along and have gone on to order a full size and travel size. This would make a gorgeous gift.
I’ve always been a perfume nut, and have recently been searching for more ethical fragrance. This wardrobe is elegantly packaged and oozes deliciousness before you even spray your first whiff. Have only tried Oriental Rose so far, but love its gentle rose, made soft and intimate by the white musk. Looking forward to trying the other 11 and choosing my favourites!!
I can not comment on the actual perfumes as I bought 3 for gifts and only distributed on Christmas day. I can say, the ordering and delivery was seemless, well packaged and put smiles on the faces of my partner, her sister and our niece.
Absolutley love this set of samples. I’ve been trying a different one everyday. The smells are so lovely. Really unique and great to be supporting a Yorkshire business instead of the big corporate brands.
